When needed, we can execute the process of creating your own family foundation. Working with a trusts and estate attorney, we will complete the federal and state paperwork needed to start your foundation off on the right foot. Once created we can also serve as a fractional director to manage your administrative and compliance needs.

Using the results of DEEP, Divitiae will research and identify organizations that match your philanthropic priorities to ensure the nonprofits can deliver through your support.

We will serve as your point of contact for grantee communications in order to ease the burden of effective philanthropy. As the point of contact we can deliver good news, decline to support causes that don't match your priorities, and make sure relationships are maintained with grant recipients and potential future recipients.

Working with your financial team, we can execute your grant and gift distributions to give you more time to run your business, enjoy your life, and take care of those closest to you.

We will diligently follow up with the organizations you support to ensure the desired outcomes of your giving are being met. We will handle the minutiae of stewardship reports and impact documents, providing you the level of detail determined through D.E.E.P.

Where appropriate, Divitiae will organize and facilitate board meetings for your family foundation to stay on track and in compliance.

If legacy is a priority, Divitiae can facilitate education and conversations with family members to enrich legacies through multi-generational giving and family-wide strategies.
